NEPA Fit Club is a special place! The owner, Mike and his staff are so incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Class acts! My younger son (10) worked out with Mike all winter in their youth athletics program in preparation for the upcoming baseball season; he LOVED going there and truly felt like part of the gang! In just a few short weeks, NEPA FIT CLUB has completely transformed my life. As a lifelong athlete—having played at the college club level and later pursuing distance running in my 20s—I’ve experienced a wide range of training programs. But after multiple injuries and burnout, I found it easy to walk away and let my fitness slip. Following a major injury in 2023, I knew it was time to make a change. While sitting in my hunting stand, I reached out to several gyms in NEPA, and NEPA FIT CLUB was the first to respond—within minutes—via text, email, and phone call. I won’t lie: walking through the doors and committing to a new program was daunting, but the staff immediately made me feel welcomed and supported. They reassured me that I had made the right choice, and that confidence has only grown since. Mike and his team are incredibly dedicated, focusing on each individual’s unique goals and providing personalized attention. Even after suffering another injury just two weeks into the program, Mike worked closely with me to not only rehab but to get stronger. In all my years of sports and fitness, I’ve never encountered a program so genuinely invested in the progress of every person. In this short time, I’ve already seen remarkable changes: improved strength, more energy, reduced bloating, and weight loss. I’m more focused and dedicated than ever, and I owe so much of that to Mike, Lee, Brooke, and Devin. They’ve helped me kickstart a transformation that goes beyond fitness—it's a lifestyle change. I can’t say enough about Mike and NEPA Fit Club. We took our son for a fitness analysis and after 40 minutes going through the evaluation, Mike knew exactly what our son needed to work on. After only two weeks working with Mike and his staff, the difference is unreal. My wife and I both said we’ve never seen him move so fast. Then, after his last basketball practice, his coach told us this was the best, by far, he’s ever seen him. He said he was running circles around everyone and out hustling everyone like crazy. This is a great club to be a part of! All the trainers are very kind, encouraging & knowledgeable. I felt welcomed and supported by not only them but also the other members of the NEPA Fit community as well. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, they will instruct you and push you to be the best you can be, but never in a way that feels overwhelming. This is a very positive atmosphere and experience to have. You may get sore after a burn class or session, but it is very much worth it in the long run. Overall, this gym has everything I was looking for: expert guidance, an uplifting community, and a truly inspiring environment.
