When you choose athletic performance training for high school + college or middle school  + intermediate levels, we perform an athletic assessment at the initial stage of joining.

Gaining a better understanding of an athlete’s physical abilities allows us to create a personalized training program that targets the specific needs, strengths, and weaknesses of every athlete. Our trainers will develop a plan that can enhance and improve each of these areas.

Conducting an initial assessment helps establish realistic and measurable goals for athletes, enabling focused training and progress tracking. Trainers can develop these goals with the athletes as a team and plan out strategies that can help them achieve these goals.

Prevent Injuries

Beginning athletic training without knowing the physical capabilities of an athlete can lead to an increased risk of injuries. An athlete could push way beyond their limit and result in serious injuries, which is never an ideal scenario.
